Jerome Was Scene Of Fox Hunt

It appeared that Jerome was in for a bad time Sunday afternoon when 40 or 50 hunters went in with shotguns for a fox hunt. The event was sponsored by the Seymour Future Farmers of America chapter and was organized with the aid of several veteran hunters.
The day was ideal and two foxes were shot, while a number of others were attempting to cover so large an area that most of the foxes escaped.
Robert James, FFA sponsor, said considerable interest has been expressed in having another hunt. Advance notice will be given of the time and place when the hunt is scheduled.
