The Richard Mincks family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Charley McGavran.
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Ervin visited Sunday with the William Dudleys near Livingston.
Born Feb.1 to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Felkner at St. Joseph's hospital in Centerville a 9 pound girl. They have one other daughter, Barbara.
Mrs. Goldie Worth of Centerville was speaker at the Family Night supper Monday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Leon Ponsetto are spending several days at the parental Mike Ponsetto home and with her relatives in Confidence.
Several from here attended the soil conservation meeting in Centerville last Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Murphy, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Young of Seymour, have gone to San Diego, Calif., for a three weeks visit with relatives there. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Murphy are looking after the farm.
The recently organized P.T.A. will meet at the school house next Monday night. The officers are Mrs. K. E. Owen, president; Mrs. John Cathcart, vice president; and Mrs. Merle Loofburrow, secretary-treasurer.
Mrs. Charley Van Blaricome is employed at the St. Joseph's hospital in Centerville and started work last week.
The community is very proud of the success Miss Rowena Rash has had in basketball and have enjoyed her picture in The Iowan.
