  District Court in and for Appanoose County, Iowa.

  To all whom it may Concern: Whereas, On the 7 day of October A. D., 1904, a paper purporting to be last will and testament of John G. Crist late of said county, deceased, was filed in my office, and was by me opened and read; and the 2 day of November, 1904, appointed and fixed as the time when the same will come before the court, at the October term thereof, then to be held for final proof and probate, as the last will and testament of the said John G. Crist deceased, at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause why the same should not be admitted to probate.

  Date this 7 day of October 1904.
