JEROME – Mrs. O. L. (Edith) Fry died at Cedar
Rapids Friday night. The funeral was
Tuesday at the Johnson home in Centerville with interment in the Jerome
Cemetery. Mrs. Fry had been staying with
her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Shanahan, a few months
during her declining health. She was 87.
Mrs. Fry was preceded in death by her
husband, Oliver L. Fry; a daughter Delilah; three sisters and one brother. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Shanahan,
seven grandchildren and one sister, Mary Ellen Brown of Centerville.
