-------------------------------
Jerald Gene, son of Gerald and Evelyn
Davison, was born May 22, 1949 in Centerville and passed away June 26, 1959 at
his home west of Numa, after being struck by a car, while riding his bicycle.
He was 10 years, one month and four days of age.
He lived with his parents on a farm northwest
of Moulton until March 1957, and attended school at Moulton.
Surviving are his mother, father, his twin
brother Harold, and a younger brother, Donald; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Roy Davison of Centerville and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Taylor of Iconium, and many
other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at the Miller-Wehrle
Funeral Home in Centerville June 28, at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. James Thomas officiated, and burial
was in the Jerome Cemetery. “Precious Jewels” and “I Think When I Read That
Sweet Story of Old” were sung by Mary McInnes, music by Belle Olds at the
organ. Pallbearers were Raymond Terry,
Johnny Vidas, Merrill Condra and Bryon Condra.
A
precious one from us has gone,
A
voice we loved is stilled;
A
place is vacant in our home
Which
never can be filled.
CARD
OF THANKS
We want to thank all of our friends and neighbors
for their kindness, food, flowers, cards and prayers and for doing our chores
when we needed all so much.
