Obituary: Richard Eugene McElvain

  Richard Eugene McElvain, former resident of Hibbing, Minnesota & Madison, Wisconsin, passed away on December 24, 2001. Born in Jerome, Iowa, November 26, 1924. Graduated from Univ. of Colorado in 1948 in Mechanical Engineering in the Navy V-12 Program. He spent many years in the mining industry & was President of Warman International.
 Survived by wife of 52 years, Faith; daughters, Mary Jo (Greg) Wolf, Evansville, Indiana, Peggy (Steve) Melbye, EdenPrairie, Minnesota; son, Robert (Rosemary), Houston Texas; 7 grandchildren, Michael, Katherine & William Mulloy; Alex & Kyle Melbye; Wilson & Leah McElvain; brother, Paul (Helen); sister, Marjorie (Arthur) Inman.
  Funeral services were held Friday, December 28, 2001 Albin Chapel Eden Prairie, 6855 Rowland Road. Eden Prairie, MN. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Hayward, WI.  Albin Chapel-Eden Prairie was in charge of arrangements.
